Q: How much does postage in Australia cost?

A: All orders over $300 are shipped FREE!  All orders under $300 shipped to the ACT, NSW and Major Eastern Cities will incur a flat rate delivery fee of $10 per order. To all other destinations we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 per order. We also offer free pickup in Wentworth Falls and from the monthly event at Katoomba Library. Check out our shipping options for more details. 


Q: Do you ship outside Australia

A: At the moment we only offer online shipping within Australia. If you want us to ship outside Australia, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Q: What kind of events do you run?

A: The Katoomba Public Library runs free board gaming every weekend and now has a small collection of some great modern games. Unfortunately we can't be there every weekend but we go along on the First Saturday of the month when we can with a couple of boxes of games.

We also help to organise the biannual Ettin Con Games Convention. For more information see our bulletin.

Q: Can I redeem a gift voucher from the shop in the online store?

A: If you have a gift voucher from the Katoomba shop, contact us to arrange to convert it to shop credit in the online store. 


Q: If I have a loyalty membership for the Katoomba shop, can I use it online?

A: We are working on making loyalty discounts available online.
