General Returns Policy
Please contact us before returning any items. When you contact us we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Change of Mind Policy
If you change your mind, we accept returns provided that:
- the item is in the same condition it has been delivered in.
- the return is made within 14 days of the original purchase.
- the goods are undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging, including plastic shrink wrap.
Before returning an item, contact us.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. Items shipped by reply paid post or with collection charges won't be accepted.
We advise customers to insure their parcels and use a shipping method that offers tracking or confirmation of delivery. Shipped items that are not received by Afternoonified, won't be reimbursed.
Please note that refunds issued for change of mind will NOT include a refund of the original shipping costs.
Change of mind returns and cancellations will also incur a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind on goods that are on sale. Discounted items may be returned for store credit or exchange.
Please do not return items without prior authorisation from Afternoonified.
After contacting us we will work with you to resolve the issue. Most manufactures will send replacements for missing or damaged components directly to you.
Wrong Address Returns
If our shipping service returns your parcel to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we reserve the right to pass on to you any fees we are charged by the shipper as a result of the return. If you would like the parcel resent, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
Please note that we ship to the "Shipping Information" entered into our website NOT the address entered into PayPal.
Return of 'On Sale' or discounted Items
Unless the goods are faulty, we do not offer a refund for 'change of mind' on goods that are on sale. Discounted items may be returned only for store credit or exchange.
